Shipping conditions and invoicing
After successful configuration, you automatically ship according to your own GO! conditions. Your individual agreements will then apply, for example with regard to:
Your transport insurance
The regular pick-up
Worldwide / international shipping
📌Please note that Shipcloud cannot show you prices for GO! as our system does not have access to this part of your contract. You can request your shipping conditions from your GO! Account Manager.
You will be invoiced for your shipping labels directly by GO! You will only receive a monthly invoice from Shipcloud for the use of our service (basic and transaction fees) and for the shipping labels created at Shipcloud conditions with other shipping service providers.
Important information about the GO! integration in Shipcloud
Only a few integrations support GO! so far. These include Gambio, PrestaShop, Shopify, Shopware, weclapp and WooCommerce.
Regarding the GO! usage there are some important technical rules to consider.
For instance, with GO! it is necessary to send the pick-up request together with the label request. More information can be found in our Developer Portal.
