Available DPD connections
After activating your subscription, you can immediately ship with DPD (Web Connect) at Shipcloud business rates.
If you ship via your own DPD business rates, Shipcloud provides you with two different DPD connections - DPD Web Connect and DPD iloxx. Depending on how you are managed as a DPD customer, one of them is the right one for you.

For DPD customers with a monthly shipping volume of more than 2000 shipments with their own key account management or also for depot customers. If you want to integrate your own contract, we require a Delis ID for this interface. | For SME customers with a monthly shipping volume of less than 2000 shipments and a contact person from the DPD team in Nuremberg. Here, customers usually have a 7-digit customer number. |

DPD Web Connect
Registration with Shipcloud from August 2, 2022
If you want to deposit your own contract for DPD Web Connect and have registered with Shipcloud after August 1, 2022, you can deposit your access data directly in your DPD configuration in your Shipcloud account in the menu item "Carriers" and save and activate them. Here you can find more information about depositing your contract data.
Registration with Shipcloud before August 2, 2022
If you want to deposit your own contract for DPD Web Connect and have registered with Shipcloud before August 2, 2022, please first contact our support team via email to activate your own DPD configuration. Here you will receive further information on depositing your contract data.
📌 Please name one of the two DPD interfaces mentioned above so that we can activate the correct configuration for you.
DPD iloxx
If you would like to deposit your own contract for DPD iloxx, please first contact our support team via email for the activation of your own DPD iloxx configuration. Here you will receive further information on depositing your contract data.
Good to know: If you ship via your own DPD iloxx business rates, but have larger shipping volumes, want to create returns labels or use other services, then DPD Web Connect is also available to you via our business rates.
