Go to the menu item "Configurations>>Tracking" to customize the texts for your tracking page and tracking emails.

Here you can customize the individual text modules for your external tracking page according to your wishes and thus provide your customers with additional information.

By clicking on the "Customize tracking page" slider, you activate both your design settings and your text adjustments for your tracking page.

In addition, you can specify the desired language for the individual text modules in German, English, Spanish, French and Italian by clicking on the respective button. If you do not enter your own texts, the texts preset by Shipcloud will be displayed in the various languages.

The display of the texts depends on the language that the visitor has configured in his browser or that he selected with the language selector the last time he visited a Shipcloud public tracking page.

Just like for your tracking page, you can also customize the texts for your tracking emails according to your wishes.

If you keep the default settings, your tracking emails will be sent with our standard texts, which we create using the "Contact data" that you have entered within your "Configurations". Therefore, it is necessary that you maintain your contact details beforehand if you want to use our feature for tracking emails. The selection of the language used for your tracking emails is "rule based".

When "rule based", for package recipients from countries where German, French, Spanish or Italian is the only official language, the respective language will be used. In countries where this is not the case, we send the tracking email in English.

If you would like to personally address your customers or use an individual style of writing, you can customize the texts of the respective language according to your wishes.

By clicking on the "Customize tracking e-mails" slider, you activate both your design settings and your text adjustments for your tracking emails.

Please note that you can set the language for the preset text in the email subject, but it is not possible to make text customizations for the email subject. 👇

In addition, you have the option to decide in which language you want to send your tracking emails by default.

If you want to choose only one language, you can decide whether all your emails should be sent in German, English, Spanish, French or Italian by selecting the respective language.

However, if you are sending internationally, we recommend that you apply the setting "rule based".

If you are not fluent in all of these languages 😉 you can decide for each language whether our standard texts or your individual texts should be used.
