Shipcloud supports you from Germany with the worldwide shipping of your Asendia parcels via your own Asendia contract, which you can already integrate into Shipcloud from our Professional subscription.

Use Asendia contract with Shipcloud
1. Check access data
For shipping with Asendia you need your own contract, which you can easily integrate in Shipcloud. For your Asendia configuration you need the following access data:

The above data will be provided to you directly by Asendia. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact your Asendia Sales Manager directly.
2. Contact Shipcloud support to activate your Asendia configuration
Contact our support team via email at support@shipcloud.io so that we can activate your own Asendia configuration.
3. Store access data in your Shipcloud account
After activation, you will receive a confirmation email from us and you will then find your configuration in your Shipcloud account under "Configurations" >> "Carriers" >> "Asendia". Deposit and save your access data for Asendia there.

Shipping conditions and billing
After successful configuration, you automatically ship at your own Asendia business rates. Your individual agreements will then apply with regard to, among other things:
your transport insurance,
the (regular) pick-up / drop-off at Asendia,
the worldwide/international shipping, also outside the EU.
📌 Please note that Shipcloud will not be able to show you any prices for Asendia, as our system does not have access to this part of your contract. You can view your request them from your Asendia sales manager.
You will be billed directly by Asendia for your shipping labels. You will only receive a monthly invoice from Shipcloud for the use of our service (basic and transaction fees) and for the shipping labels created at Shipcloud business rates with other carriers.

Pickup by Asendia / Delivery to the Asendia Hub
All shipments that Asendia collects from your location or that you deliver to the Asendia Hub in Rodgau yourself must be manifested electronically or registered with Asendia via an advice note ("Customer Manifest to Asendia").
Upon pickup or drop-off, you must also physically hand over the printed manifest document to Asendia together with your parcels.
Own transport / drop-off at the last mile carrier in the destination country
If you transport your shipments to the destination country yourself and only then hand them over to Asendia, it is necessary that you use a different manifest endpoint to create a "Customer Manifest to Carrier".

To find out how to combine all your shipments ready for dispatch into one customer manifest via API request and submit it to Asendia, please visit our Developer Portal.
Unless your plug-in/integration has an interface to Asendia's Manifest Endpoint for creating a "Customer Manifest to Carrier" or you currently have it integrated, you can alternatively manifest your shipcloud-created Asendia shipments via the Asendia Web Client.
