Shipcloud supports you in shipping your UPS packages internationally from Germany - via Shipcloud business rates or your own UPS contract.

After your registration, we will provide you with UPS for shipping immediately at our business rates. If you already have your own contract with UPS, you can easily add it to Shipcloud from our Professional subscription. You can read how this works here.

The following information applies to shipments from Germany. If you want to ship with your own UPS contract from a country outside of Germany, this is also possible. In this case, please contact sales@shipcloud.io.

Standard service for less urgent domestic and international shipments without modifier to speed up the shipping time.

Domestic: delivery by the end of the business day with a standard transit time of 1-2 business days.

International: delivery by the end of the next business day with a standard transit time of 1-5 business days.

Standard service for less urgent international shipments to destinations outside Europe without modifier to speed up shipping time.

National: No UPS service available.

International: Delivery by the end of the business day with a standard transit time of 2-5 business days.

Express service for urgent national and international shipments.

National: delivery by the end of the working day with a standard transit time of one working day.

International: delivery by the end of the working day with a standard transit time of 1-5 working days.

Express service for particularly urgent national and international shipments.

National: next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m. with a standard transit time of one day.

International: delivery normally by 10:30 or 12:00 with a standard transit time of 1-3 business days.

Express service for particularly urgent national shipments.

National: delivery by 12:00 noon with a standard transit time of 1 business day.

International: no UPS service available.

Returns service for domestic and international returns.

You can easily generate UPS return labels for international shipments yourself via plugin/API or Shipcloud WebUI and add them as enclosures to your shipments. In addition, you can give your customers access to our Return Portal, where they can request and print return labels on their own. Returns generated via the Return Portal can only be used within Germany

📌 Please note that the standard transit times indicated by UPS are time specifications that may vary depending on the destination. UPS does not provide any general guarantees, however, for certain service types and select destinations, UPS offers a money-back guarantee on shipping rates. You can check the UPS website for estimated delivery times.

With Shipcloud, you can also transmit the arrival clauses DAP and DDP to UPS via API request when shipping via your own UPS business rates and thus clarify the responsibility regarding the transport and customs costs as well as the shipping risk.
