Shipcloud supports a variety of return journeys for customer returns. These return journeys allow you to support different return use cases.

Return process

The return journeys cover 4 main processes:

You can use any of these return journeys for a specific return use case, providing you with maximum flexibility for your return process. Depending on your subscription, you can set up one or multiple return journeys in your Shipcloud account.
